Well-equipped and nicely furnished rooms with comfortable beds, coffee and WiFi. Fairly clean private bathroom. Superbly located hotel, so close to restaurants and centre of Vienna, public transport and the train station, public transport, and shops and restaurants...

close to belvedere palace and fine landmarks for weekend strolls

during my recent stay, I loved that the hotel is just a few steps away from Belvedere Palace, making it a great starting point for my city explorations, plus, I found the nearby Mezzaluna Pizzeria for delicious meals after a long day of walking around Vienna's beautiful landmarks.

The hotel's position was perfect, next to Vienna main train station and public transport and foot. The double room was functional, included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Got comfortable bed and very comfy bathroom...

Oh, the check-in was a good disaster, took forever, and I swear the rude receptionist was more interested in other guests. Why no kettle? I could've loved a hot drink after my trip. I almost thought to leave a good review but the lack of complimentary treats really ruined it for me, absoluteley unacceptable.

The hotel is super close to the main train station, fantastic. The staff were really nice and helpful. I loved the design of the place, everything was bright and modern. The room was comfy and clean. It was really quiet at night which is what i needed. I also appreciated the self-check-in, made things easier.

The breakfast options were not great, and the room could have used a kettle for tea or coffee. There were some issues with the shower doors not sealing properly, a bit annoying.

Limited room facilities could use a mini-fridge or kettle!!! Bathroom water drainage requires urgent attention!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity needs addressing for a smoother experience!!!

Our spacious Design Room made it perfect for the whole family, especially my nephew who enjoyed the comfy beds and modern amenities.

My wife says that a small kitchenette would have been great.

Staying at prize by radisson was great. The location was super convenient, right near the central railway station. We appreciated the luggage storage service after check-out, made our last day so much easier. Our design room was comfy, clean, and the air conditioning was perfect for the summer heat.

The place was heaps close to the train station, made exploring sweet as. But the room didn't have any cups, a bit of a pain.

The stay was fantastic, particularly because the hotel is very close to the main train station, which made exploring the city so convenient. The breakfast buffet provided a good selection, and I appreciated the free morning coffee. the vibrant and quirky design of the room added to the overall experience. I enjoyed visiting the House of Music, which was just a short trek away.

The self-check-in was smooth, and the location near the main train station made city exploration easy. Loved the quirky room design and the complimentary snacks were a good surprise after a long journey.
